Return Policy
Unassembled furniture and unused objects may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for large furniture is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
How to Return an Item
Contact our studio team with your order number to start a return. We'll coordinate pickup for large furniture or provide a shipping label for smaller objects.
Exchanges
Need a different finish? Start a return and place a new order — this is usually faster than a direct exchange.
